What is Haccp system?
HACCP is an English abbreviation for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, and is referred to as HACCP or Food Safety Management Certification Standard.
Hazard analysis means “predicting a hazard and grasping the hazard in advance”, and the critical control point means “an item that must be managed as an essential part”.
In other words, HACCP refers to a proactive food safety management system to prevent harm.
It can be said to be a scientific hygiene management system to secure food safety through autonomous, systematic and efficient management by identifying hazards that may occur, and determining important control points for intensive management.
HACCP is recognized as the most effective and efficient food safety management system worldwide, and the United States, Japan, the European Union, and international organizations (Codex, WHO, FAO) strongly recommend that all foods be applied with HACCP.
