HACCP is an English abbreviation for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, and is referred to as HACCP or Food Safety Management Certification Standard.
Hazard analysis means “predicting a hazard and grasping the hazard in advance”, and the critical control point means “an item that must be managed as an essential part”. In other words, HACCP refers to a proactive food safety management system to prevent harm.

It can be said to be a scientific hygiene management system to secure food safety through autonomous, systematic and efficient management by identifying hazards that may occur, and determining important control points for intensive management.
